Shipping policy

U.S. Shipping

Cupcakes currently ships within the United States only.

We offer Standard Shipping for $5 per order. Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days of being placed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your Cupcakes all the way home. 🧁

Shipping Protection

For a little extra peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection for $1.99 per order.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Shipping Protection makes your order eligible for a complimentary replacement, subject to availability.

Claims must be submitted within 10 days of the expected delivery date and may require supporting documentation. Shipping Protection does not cover certain circumstances, including orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.
